Dear organizer,

As a fellow student concerned about the future graduation ceremony, I can never be more thankful for your coming up with such a brilliant plan. After seeing the posted plan, I decided to voice my opinion regarding to a little improvement.

To begin with, it wouldnt be appropriate to set the date on May 31st. For one reason, Gaokao wont start until June, so students are still busy preparing for their big moment. For another reason, there wouldnt be enough time for students to rehearse for their their final presentation for alma mater. Hence, it may be better to set the date on June 23rd, exactly 2 weeks after Gaokao ends, allowing the studying tension to ease while students gather together for probably the last time. Apart from the date, I believe the ceremony procedures can be revised. After the first 2 standard procedures, theres nothing but students performance. Where are our beloved teachers, who have accompanied us through our most exciting years, who witnessed our growth? I suggest that there should be a period of time after the performance, allowing students to pay their respects and express their gratitude to the teachers. We may exchange gifts, take selfies or agree on a date to revisit.

To sum up, students need more time to prepare for the graduation performance, as well as enjoying the process, and the farewell session should be made proper in the hope of leaving no regrets. I would appreciate it very much if you could take my proposal into consideration. Wish the graduation ceremony a great success and our alma mater a bright future.

To those who may be concerned,

I am writing this letter to share with you my suggestions about the graduation program . As far as I am concerned , it is more reasonable to revise the procedure that put the students performance at the beginning , then issue the certificate and put the Principal s Message at last . In addition , it may be better to add the part for student representatives to make a speech . My reasons are as follows.

First of all , let the students performance as the beginning does beneficial to lift up the atmosphere . Therefore , it provides us with a good mood and leaves a deep impression on us , which can be kept as the unforgettable memories . Then we get the certificate which symbolizes the end of three-year high school life . What s more , it is of great importance for the student representatives to make a speech so that we students can express gratitude for the teachers who teach us with great patience and give us a hand when we are in trouble . At the end , the Principal s Message make a conclusion about our school life as the ending . It is in this order that make the process more appropriate .

I sincerely hope that we can have a wonderful and memorable graduation ceremony . I will be happy if my suggestions does help to you . Thank you for your consideration.

Dear organizer,

    Im writing to you for the graduation ceremony . The idea of holding such a meaningful activity is really great, but in my opinion, there are two problems in this plan.

    Firstly, the date isnt suitable. GaoKao is just about one week after it, and therefore nobody will have the interest or time to prepare such an activity. I advise to set it on June 10 , 2 days after  we finish the college entrance examinations. Everybody are relieved of the huge pressure from GaoKao and enjoy themselves that day. As the saying goes, "Play crazily, study hard". Before GaoKao, we must review and practise as hard as we can. After that, we may celebrate in different ways.

    Besides, the plan is too simple. If the last activity to be held by our school isnt exciting, interesting and unforgettable enough, nobody will remember it, neither will our school members. I highly recommend that we should add more impressive programmes. For example, after everybodys diploma is given out, give them each one a piece of paper and let them write their gratitude and wishes about our alma mater. Then students fold the paper into paper planes and throw them out of the windows, which is called "Let wishes fly." Originated in America, it can represent the good wish to the future. This is easy, meaningful to warm up the ceremony ‘s atmosphere.

    What is mentioned above is some of my own suggestions .i would appreciate it very much if could take my advice into account. Wish our ceremony every success.

Dear Organizers,

    I’m writing this letter to show my own opinion on the plan of graduation ceremony.

    First thing first, to me and all the senior 3 students, I think the time isn’t quite proper. It’s said to be held on May 31th, namely before the college entrance examination. May is the month of our final sprint. If it’s held before the examinations, we’ll all be in the clouds. Not only can’t we have an unforgettable ceremony, but also we’ll have poor grades in one of the most important examinations in our life, which can’t be reversed. Taking this into consideration, I think June 15th might be a better choice. On one hand, students can spare every effort to prepare for their examination. On the other hand, students can have more time to prepare for the performance. After all, the ceremony will be a permanent memory in our minds.

    As for the procedure, I’d like to mention another problem. How can our teachers be absent from the ceremony? They have accompanied us for 3 years, all we know is the way they teach, but what we don’t know is the way they be themselves. On the theme of ‘Alma Mater!’, it is a must for teachers to show off a little of their personal skills at the ceremony, at least one! This will add a brilliant touch to the ceremony.

    I would appreciate it if you could adopt my advice. Wish you a success on the coming ceremony.

To whom it may concern ,

Having read the Students’ Union’s plan of our graduation ceremony on the website, I am writing to give my suggestions on what can be improved.

From my perspective, the time is not quite reasonable, because attending the ceremony on May 31, before the college entrance examinations, will distract us from review. It’s a good idea to put off the ceremony to the late June, for we are more relaxed and are ready to say goodbye to our alma mater.

Besides, I think the procedures can be improved as well. The principal’s address can surely be a conclusion to our high school life, but it lacks a sense of closeness, because it’s more likely to be an official and formal speech rather than words from the bottom of our heart. Thus, I highly recommend to invite the representatives of teachers and students to made an address and then play the video which records the highlights of our high school life, such as military training and farm learning. It is important because not only can they remind us of our school life, but also it enables us to have a happy ending.

I do hope that we will have a wonderful graduation ceremony. I would appreciate it very much if you could take my suggestions into consideration.

Dear organizer,

   I’m a Senior Three student in our school. I’m writing to make some suggestions on our graduation ceremony.

   First of all, I think the time for the ceremony is too late. It is going to take at least 2 or 3 hours. I think it is better to move the time to 8:30 a.m so that the students don’t need to get up early and will have enough time for breakfast. They can chat with their classmates and teachers after the ceremony without worrying about going home very late. As for the procedure, I don’t think it is a good idea to put the students’ performances at the last. The students may not have the mood to watch the performances after being given their diploma. Therefore, I suggest that we should move it to the second. In this way, the students can enjoy the performances without being distracted, and the performers will feel respected.

   I hope that you will take my suggestions into consideration. And thank you for your hardworking and willingness to take suggestions. I firmly believe that this graduation ceremony is going to be a great success and leave us a wonderful memory.

Dear Students’ Union,

   I am writing this e- mail to offer some suggestions to improve the quality of our graduation ceremony. Not only should the time be put off, but also the procedure should be changed.

   On the one hand, the time for the ceremony is before the college entrance examination, which may influence our study. I strongly propose that the schedule should be put off until the eighth of June. What’s more , it is better to hold the ceremony on 1:00 in the afternoon, which provides more time to enjoy ourselves.

   On the other hand , it is highly recommended that we should deliver the diploma between the students’ performances. The reason why it should be taken is that the former of the ceremony is too long and less interesting, if the delivery of diploma is just follow the principal’s address. It is students that will lose some enthusiasum for the ceremony. So we should change the procedure to inspire students’ passion for it. In addition, I think the student representative should express our gratitude to our teachers, who have accompanied us for three years.

Dear organizer,

  I’m a Senior Three student in Jingye High School. I’m writing to express my suggestions on the graduation ceremony.

  Considering college entrance examination, I think it’s a little bit earlier to hold the graduation ceremony. It’s so close to the examination that the students will lose their concentration on their review. Besides, it will take some students a lot of time to prepare for it. In my opinion, we should hold the party in the middle of June. Only in this way can we well prepare for both college entrance examination and the graduation ceremony. As for the procedure, I’m afraid that it doesn’t match the theme: Goodbye! Alma mater! The procedure is lack of a ceremony such as writing a letter to our school which we will soon leave. It suits the theme and it’s meaningful to have such a memory to write letters.

  As is mentioned above, I think my suggestions are reasonable and helpful for the graduation ceremony. I hope my suggestions will be adopted and the graduation ceremony will be a great success to be a forever beautiful memory.
